Phone Story
A story about a guy going through a rough patch, told through 218 text messages and 4 phone calls.
Starring Gary Richardson, Carmen Christopher, William Stephenson, Clare O'Kane, Michael Patrick Nicholson, and Mitra Jouhari. I wrote and directed. The short was selected as a Vimeo Staff Pick of the Month, a finalist for best of the year on Vimeo, premiered on Booooooom, and was profiled on Directors Notes.
Words with Ike - Season 2
Ikechukwu Ufomadu’s embarks upon a new journey into the wonderful world of words.
This season was commissioned and broadcast by FX for the TV show CAKE and was nominated for a 2022 Emmy for “Outstanding Actor In A Short Form Comedy Or Drama Series.”

Starring me and Nicole Boettcher. I wrote and directed this for Adult Swim. I made this in my apartment in April 2020, when the pandemic was very scary in New York. It was nice to focus on something silly while it felt like the world was ending.
